In spite of getting independence more than sixty seven years back still it is felt in our community that we are not given due recognition. Even though our population is third largest in India; Politically & Professionally we are pussed to be more backward. All this is because of our community is widely spread all over India & are identified as different varga’s names & groups, in-spite of being members of one family tree Kalchuri.

It is our dream & is felt that all our community people should come under one umbrella to get recognition & betterment our people, now which is happening in slow pace. Yes, then story’s a notice is popular "Slow & Steady win the race". But in this new World it is otherwise; that is "move fast", if not we will be still be backward. It is the time we all should think Big, do big things, act in a big way, gather in a Big way, unite everyone in a Big Way, than only the world will recognize us if not we will be crushed.

We have numbers, we have Skills, We have knowledge, we have spread all over India, but again we are in a closed room. We should come out of this, Think out of Box. Act out of Box.

Because of all this happenings it is felt that a need as arisen that we all should work together, Think together, Act together, come together and stand on the same platform where we belong, that is Stand Tall.

All this can happen if we unite all our community people stand together, encourage togetherness, build together relations in the Community on all India basis , Talk together, develop each other, Respect each other, Motivate each other to Grow.

This can happen only if we come to a common platform, to serve our community, educate our community & address all these issues. Hence the seed is shoved and the Birth of "Gouds Club" Is emerging as a Professional Organisation to achieve These goals according to present times, based on time tested organisation world over.

We should have a common identity, all our community people & community organisations in India & overseas should come together under a Common Logo.

Yes, there are our groups working in all over India with different names, let all these be there and let them all grow this "Gouds Club" is only an instrument which will unite all the people of our Communities together. This is like a thread which knits all our communities spread all over India & world to come into one garland.

We had Great people in different parts of our Country like Sri Narayan Guru (Kerala), Sri.Kamraj Nadar (Tamil Nadu), Dr Raj Kumar (Karnataka), Sri.Gouthu Lachanna (Andhra Pradesh) Sri.Montek Ahluwalia (Punjab), Sri.Shiv Nadar of HCL, Sri.S. Gopalakrishna, Co-Chairman Infosys, Sri. S.D.Shibulal, CEO & MD Infosys etc…

We need more people like these Stalwarts because of our Strength & Population. You should be one to support & lead.

I am proud to be a member of this great community, I had inter action with many of our comrades all over India, experienced in various professional organizations & by accumulating all these experience I am preparing a package of activities for growth & development of our community in bringing all our community people on one platform in Bharath & also World over.
